We will regularly measure your body fat at 12 points to identify your main problems and support you in the best way of getting rid of that stubborn fat according to your unique physiology.

 

Initial one month duration with up to 3 sessions per week. To include:

  • One 2 one private training sessions.

  • Structural balance testing

By training 3 times per week and following my nutritional guidelines, you can expect to:

  • Lose up to 5 kg of body fat in the first month and a further 2 kg after that.
