My energy is low, my mood is bad, I don’t look as good in my clothes as I did 5 years ago, and these younger, fitter guys and girls in the office are reminding me every day of how I used to look and feel and it’s pissing me off! “

If the above resonates with you, chances are, you have been feeling this way for quite some time. Maybe other people are noticing a change in you and you don’t have that “spark of energy” that made you YOU!

Maybe you’ve decided a while ago that you were going to do something about it, but you were just waiting for certain things to be better in your life. Maybe you wanted to wait until you were more financially secure, or you wanted to wait until the new year before committing to anything. There is always going to be something that you can think of that will hold you back from starting up your weight loss journey.  An investment in your health and well-being is the most important investment you can make. Let’s think about it. Would being 5 stone lighter, looking better in your clothes and having much more energy and confidence be worth it? Would you be more productive at work? Would your intimate time with your partner improve in the bedroom? Would your new found confidence allow you to compete in the workplace against the younger people? I’ll leave you to answer that. But before I let this post sit with you for a while, I’d like to say to you that it’s now the end of 2018, and it’s been one fast year. Can you really afford to NOT do something about how you look and feel? Tomorrow is the new year and life does not wait for you to “be ready”. Make it happen. Take control of your life and make your life better for you and everyone else who loves you. Start now!
