This summer, most men, including myself are getting themselves ready for the summer. What every man wants is to look lean, athletic and toned. Some of us know how to do it, many don’t. Lucky for me I know exactly what to do and what’s more, I know exactly what to do for others.
Let’s look at this in more detail.
First step, lets get you lean and athletic.
In order to get lean and to get athletic looking, guess what, you also need to train and eat like your athletic. But do athletes not train all the time? Yes they do! But, with my training methods, you don’t have to. All you need is to lift a moderate weight on the major muscles in your body, slow and controlled, push past those last few repetitions where all the fat burning and muscle building takes place, rest for about 45-60 seconds and move onto another big muscle group which keeps your heart rate high and your strength moderate.
Why do we train like this?
By not resting for too long, your keeping your heart rate and a point where you are burning a lot of belly fat, but resting just enough that your strength is still good enough to lift moderate weights and so build lean muscle.
IN ORDER TO LOOSE BELLY FAT, YOU MUST TRAIN THE BIG MUSCLES IN YOUR BODY AS THEY BURN THE MOST AMOUNT OF BODYFAT AND WILL ALSO KEEP YOUR BODY BURNING BELLY FAT FOR UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER THE WORKOUT.
Second Step, Lets rebuild and lets recover.
Most of you know that the actual fat burning and toning is done after your workout and on your rest days.
In order that your body recovers enough and burns fat as best it can, you need to have a high protein, high vegetable, high good fat and low carbohydrate diet, and of course NO SUGAR!!!!
But what do I eat and when?
Lucky for you, all that is taken care of at my training facility. Each client is given a tailor made diet that suits their individual needs and if followed, will get them the results they want.
