“I have been training for several years. During that time, I used many different trainers. The vast majority would give you a program and show you the correct technique. It was useful to be able to go to the gym by yourself and work out. However, you might improve your fitness a little but you won’t get real results. The problem with these other trainers is that they never mention anything about diet, vitamins or supplements. If you want to see real changes in your fitness level and your physique – you have to take a much higher approach. Its not an easy one since it requires radical changes to diet and nearly an avoidance of alcohol. The thing about Vinny is that he actually knows what he is talking about and gives you far more than just a training session. You can see the results that he measures frequently. Also because he is tracking your progress in such detail, it helps you be motivated to stay on track with diet / alcohol etc. Training with Vinny is not for the faint hearted. You lift weights far higher than you would on your own. You also work at a much higher intensity. I actually hate going to the gym, everything from packing the gym bag, to finding the parking, to the time it takes up. When you are training with Vinny, its different. You have a committed appointment which you feel you have to keep. Once you are there, you don’t have to think about which exercises you have to do, in which order and at what weights, tempo or rest periods. Vinny sorts all that out for you and keeps track of your progress. Although I have only been training with Vinny for about two months, I can see a very noticeable improvement in my fitness level. If you are prepared to put in the commitment and you really want results, then I think Vinny is one of the best trainers you will find.”
